I've been on a mystery kick this year. I knew I wanted to challenge myself with contemporary novels, but I didn't know that the mystery genre would captivate me so much this year. There's something about these twists and turns that keep me up at night and keep me guessing though, and I'm excited to see the genre more prevalent than ever in YA.
